Shipping policy

Orders in major cities of direct connectivity are delivered within 2 weeks (excluding holidays). For smaller cities and remote addresses, we keep a grace of up to 3 weeks (excluding holidays).

SHIPPING CHARGES

Domestic Orders: Shipping charges are applicable on all orders.

Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used, and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.

SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS

All orders are processed from our office in Delhi. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout. Aric Retail India Company will use a reputed courier service provider to ship the Products to the address provided by you.

TRACKING PACKAGE

Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency. You can track your order status on the shipping agent’s website by entering your assigned order tracking number.

For shipping to India, we accept all major domestic debit & credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, SBI Maestro, and also provide Net Banking options across major banks, UPI & Wallets (PayTM).

DAMAGE

Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that it is in good condition and has not been tampered with. In case you receive a package, which you believe was damaged in transit, please follow the guidelines mentioned below:

  • Retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels, etc.).
  • Email us at support@aricmulitiservices.comwithin 48 hours of receiving the package with a clear photograph of the damaged goods.

We reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. All damage cases will be handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with us at support@aricmulitiservices.com for prompt resolution.
